In Vértice Studio the process we use is as follows:

• Initially, 3D modeling is done based on 2D drawings, preferably digital (DWG).
• In the next stage, lights, materials, colors and textures are applied.
• Subsequently, all lighting conditions in real life are adjusted. Shadows and reflections are generated to obtain photorealism.
• Then all the decorative elements are added to a 3D image such as vegetation, furniture, accessories, humans, vehicles, clouds, etc.
  In the final phase, the final rendering is done incorporating all the steps mentioned above to create a photorealistic image.

• At an early stage it is necessary to send all project details in DWG / DXF format. Additional details can be provided through sketches or moodboards.
• Based on the information provided, we prepare a project budget, along with the delivery time.
• If the budget is approved, and depending on the delivery time, we start working on your project.
• A set of 3D Image previous studies for approval / feedback will be sent in an initial phase, with a watermark. An invoice for payment is also sent with 40% of the project total value.
  After the invoice is settled, changes to your project will be incorporated into 3D modeling and new 3D image previous studies (with watermark) will be sent for approval / feedback on the changes made. An invoice for payment will be sent again with 40% of the project total value.
• After settlement of the invoice, previous studies of modified images will be sent for final approval.
• Finally, the project final rendering in high resolution begins, and the high resolution images with a watermark will be sent together with the final invoice in the amount of 20% of the project total value.
• After the settlement of the last invoice, the high resolution 3D images approved by the customer will be delivered without watermarks. The duration of a simple project is about 1 to 2 weeks. The payment method is made via Bank Transfer or through PayPal.

•  It is necessary for the client to provide the architectural project, such as plans, elevations and sections, and in some cases topographic plan, in DWG / DXF (CAD) format.
• All project colors, materials and finishes must be marked in the architectural project with a finishes captation. Colors can be specified as color values. All specific materials to be used in the project such as tile, stone, fabric, etc., should preferably be digitized, if it is not possible, a photograph is sufficient. All of this process will help to generate materials, colors similar to the original ones.
• For rendering with a photomontage on the job site, it is necessary to provide a photograph of the actual site to perform 3D viewing on the image provided. The photograph will have to be high resolution digital, taken from an angle or point of view for which the customer wants the 3D viewing perspective to be taken.

The final result of the 3D images is always based on the client’s project requirements. Generally, high-resolution JPEG images are provided with a size of 2500×2050 px. However, the image may vary based on the parameters desired – resolution, size, format, etc.
